You can group them according to:

  • Status

  • Ideas

  • Collections

  • Labels


Assign a Status to an Insight

There are two statuses for notes.

  • Draft: when you are still working on the insight.

  • Published: when you have completed working on the insight and it is ready to be shared.

  1. Select the insight you would like to assign a status to.

  2. Click the Status dropdown in the insight’s right sidebar.

  3. Choose between the Draft and Published status.


Add Ideas to an Insight

Ideas are actionable items that can consist of multiple sources of highlights and insights.

You can add an insight to one or multiple ideas.

  1. Select the insight you would like to add to an idea.

  2. Click the Add icon in the Ideas section in the insight’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing idea from the dropdown list.


Add Collections to an Insight

Collections act as folders for your insights to help you better classify them.

You can add one or multiple collections to an insight.

  1. Select the insight you would like to add a collection to.

  2. Click the Add icon in the Collections section in the insight’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing collection from the dropdown list.


Add Labels to an Insight

Labels act like tags for insights, allowing you to assign keywords to your insights to summarise or note key characteristics about it.

You can add one or multiple labels to an insight.

  1. Select the insight you would like to add a label to.

  2. Click the Add icon in the Labels section in the insight’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing label from the dropdown list.
