Categorising Tags

Categories are groups for tags. You have the freedom to group tags however you want, giving your team the ability to build a taxonomy for your project.

You can only group a tag in one category.

  1. Click the Tags icon in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the New Category button.

  3. Enter a Category Name, and Category Description.

  4. Click the Create Category button at the bottom of the modal.

  5. Click and drag tags from the Uncategorized Tags column to the column of the category you would like to add them to.


Segmenting Customers

Segments are groups for users. Segments can be used to represent a persona you have created based on the shared characteristics of certain users.

You can group a user in one or multiple segments.

  1. Click the Customers icon in the left navigation bar.

  2. Click the Add icon in the Segments section in the left sidebar.

  3. Enter a Segment Name.

  4. Click the Create Segment button at the bottom of the modal.

  5. Click the All Customers tab in the left sidebar.

  6. Select the customer profile you would like to add to a segment.

  7. Click the Segments section of the customer’s profile.

  8. Select the segment from the dropdown list that you would like to add the customer to.
