You can group them according to:

  • Status

  • Customer

  • Channels

  • Labels


Assign a Status to a Note

There are two statuses for notes.

  • Analyzing: when you are still working on the note.

  • Completed: when you have completed working on the note.

  1. Select the note you would like to assign a status to.

  2. Click the Status dropdown in the note’s right sidebar.

  3. Choose between the Analyzing and Completed status.


Link a Customer to a Note

You can only add one customer to a note.

  1. Select the note you would like to add a customer profile to.

  2. Click the Customer icon in the Customer section in the note’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing customer profile from the drop down list.


Add Channels to a Note

A channel acts like a folder and can help you organize data based on the source, or the purpose with which it was acquired.

You can add one or multiple channels to a note.

  1. Select the note you would like to add a channel to.

  2. Click the Add icon in the Channel section in the note’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing channel from the dropdown list.


Add Labels to a Note

Labels act like tags for notes, allowing you to assign keywords to your notes to summarise or note key characteristics about it.

You can add one or multiple labels to a note.

  1. Select the note you would like to add a label to.

  2. Click the Add icon in the Label section in the note’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing label from the dropdown list.
