Creating a Highlight

A highlight can be any length, consisting of just one word or multiple sentences.

  1. Select the note you want to group data for.

  2. Click and drag over the portion of text that you want to group.

  3. Click the Highlight icon that appears when you select the text.


Adding Tags to a Highlight

Add tags to a highlight to summarise the highlight or classify it in a way that makes sense to you and your team. You can add one or multiple tags to a highlight.

  1. Click the Add icon in the Tags section in the highlight modal.

  2. Select the relevant tag or tags from the dropdown list.


Adding Ideas to a Highlight

Add ideas to a highlight to link the highlight data to the idea. You can add one or multiple ideas to a highlight.

  1. Click the Add icon in the Ideas section in the highlight modal.

  2. Select the relevant idea or ideas from the dropdown list.
