You can link these created profiles to your notes, highlights, insights, and ideas. Customers can also provide opportunity scores for your ideas, helping you to prioritize features.


Create a Customer Profile from the Customers feature

  1. Select the project that you want to add the customer to.

  2. Click the Customers icon in the left navigation bar.

  3. Click the New Customer button at the top right corner of the page.

  4. Enter the Customer Name, and Email Address. Add the customer to a Segment (optional). Select the customer’s Gender, and Country (both optional).

  5. Click the Create Customer button at the bottom of the modal.


Link a Customer to a Note

You can only add one customer to a note.

  1. Select the note you would like to add a customer profile to.

  2. Click the Customer icon in the Customer section in the note’s right sidebar.

  3. Select an existing customer profile from the drop down list.

  1. Click the Customer icon in the Customer section in the note’s right sidebar.

  2. Click Add icon in the top right corner of the modal that appears.

  3. Enter the Customer Name, and Email Address. Add the customer to a Segment (optional). Select the customer’s Gender, and Country (both optional).

  4. Click the Create Customer button at the bottom of the modal.
